Welcome Writers
Song of Nature Stories is a seasonal collection of faith-based fiction and personal testimonies created to encourage younger audiences through meaningful storytelling rooted in Christian values.
We welcome submissions from writers around the world who want to share stories that inspire faith, courage, redemption, hope, and perseverance.
Fictional Stories
We are looking for faith-based fictional stories intended primarily for readers ages 6–15. Stories may include adventure, fantasy, allegory, historical fiction, animal stories, or other uplifting narratives centered around Christian themes and moral growth.
Selected fictional stories may also receive audio adaptations on the Song of Nature YouTube channel and could later appear in anthology collections such as Song of Nature Stories: Volume 1.
Writers whose fictional stories are selected for publication will receive a $50 USD payment.
Personal Testimonies
Personal testimonies are real-life stories involving faith, answered prayer, perseverance, redemption, or meaningful experiences involving God’s work in your life.
Testimonies are published exclusively on the Song of Nature website and are not currently adapted into YouTube videos or anthology collections.
Testimonies are unpaid submissions. For privacy and safety reasons, we strongly prefer that testimonies avoid using full real names whenever possible.
Submission Requirements
All submissions should be faith-based and appropriate for Christian audiences, especially younger readers ages 6–15.
Stories should avoid explicit sexual content, graphic violence, excessive profanity, hateful content, or overly cynical themes inappropriate for younger audiences.
Suggested story lengths:
Fiction: 1,500–6,000 words
Testimonies: 800–3,000 words
Submissions should be primarily written by the submitting author and not generated entirely by AI tools.
Writers may submit stories originally written in languages other than English. Song of Nature reserves the right to translate accepted submissions into English for publication.
Editing & Publication Rights
By submitting a story or testimony, the author grants Song of Nature permission to:
• Publish the submission on the Song of Nature website
• Make minor editorial changes for clarity, grammar, formatting, or age appropriateness
• Translate the submission into English if necessary
• Create audio adaptations for selected fictional stories
• Include selected fictional stories in future anthology collections
Authors retain ownership of their original work.
Seasonal Publication Schedule
One fictional story and one testimony will typically be selected every three months in correlation with the seasons of the year.

Summer 2026 — July 1, 2026
Fall 2026 — October 1, 2026
Winter 2027 — January 1, 2027
Spring 2027 — April 1, 2027
Due to the number of submissions received, Song of Nature may not be able to respond individually to every entry.
